If you want to pursue a career as a professional chef, food and drink server or bar server then this is an excellent place to start. This course will provide you with the underpinning skills and knowledge to progress through the levels in hospitality and catering to a high standard.
Successful completion of this programme will prepare you for employment within the hospitality industry.
During this course you will explore theoretically and practically the following topics at an appropriate level to begin working in hospitality: Food Preparation and Cooking with Meat, Fish and Poultry; Learning How to Work as a Team; Preparing Both the Restaurant and Bar for Service; Professional Skills Such as Silver Service and a Variety of Hot Drinks.
