If you want to pursue a career as a professional chef, food and drink server or bar server then this is an excellent place to start. This course will provide you with the underpinning skills and knowledge to progress through the levels in hospitality and catering to a high standard. Successful completion of this programme will prepare you for employment within the hospitality industry.
