Life in Lincoln

Lincoln is a historic city that blends history together seamlessly with modern living.

There’s a thriving city centre with lots of places to eat, shop and explore; with restaurants, theatres, bars, museums, parks and a bustling High Street, the unique mixture of old and new makes Lincoln an exciting place to live and study.

Our Culture

We celebrate diversity and challenge inequality to create a safe learning environment for all of our students.

Coming to college is about developing your independence, making friends, taking advantage of opportunities and learning new skills for your future career; the more you put in, the more you will get out of college life.

Student President

Your student experience is very important to us and we work hard to make sure that the views of our students are represented.

Each year we appoint a Student President who works with a team of Student Representatives from across the College to gather student opinions and feed them back at the highest level to make sure that your views are listened to.

We also have a Student Executive Team of elected student volunteers who meet regularly to discuss a range of issues and arrange events.

For more information, email studentpresident@lincolncollege.ac.uk

NCS is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that helps young people build skills for work and life, whilst taking on new challenges and meeting new friends.

We work with the Education Business Partnership (EBP) to deliver the NCS programme in Lincolnshire.

It is a great way to learn the skills that employers value, meet new people and get your voice heard.

Thinking of Higher Education? NCS is also a great addition to your UCAS application.

Visit the NCS website to find out more.
